Who is responsible for this website?

The osteopathy practice trading as Three Counties Osteopaths is responsible for this website and is the controller of information collected directly by the practice. Information you choose to provide

If you email or telephone us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage your care or appointment. The website provides an email link but has no enquiry form and does not collect message contents itself.

Please avoid including detailed or urgent medical information in a general website enquiry. If you need urgent medical help, use the appropriate NHS or emergency service.

Depending on the context, the practice processes enquiry and appointment information to take steps at your request, provide health care and meet professional or legal obligations. Health information receives extra protection and is handled for health-care purposes under professional confidentiality. This website summary does not replace the practice's full clinical privacy notice.

Online bookings

The booking calendar is supplied by DiaryCare in an embedded frame. Booking details are sent directly to DiaryCare and processed for appointment administration under the practice's arrangement with that provider. Read DiaryCare's privacy information.

Optional advertising measurement

With your permission, the site loads a Google Ads measurement tag. It tells us whether an advert led to a completed online booking so we can assess advertising performance.

• The Google tag is not loaded until you select Allow measurement.
• Google receives normal technical request data, which can include your IP address, browser or device information, the current page and referrer, and advertising click identifiers.
• After a successful booking, the site adds only a generic completed-booking conversion signal.
• The site does not add your booking reference, name, email, telephone number, symptoms, treatment details, practitioner or free-text messages to the Google measurement payload.
• Advertising personalisation remains disabled.

Google may use cookies such as _gcl_* to attribute a booking to an advert. Google may process information on servers outside the UK using the safeguards described in its documentation. See Google's Privacy Policy and data-transfer frameworks.

Your cookie choice

Your allow or reject choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer. Withdrawing permission removes accessible Google measurement cookies and reloads the page without loading the Google tag.

Necessary website storage

The website stores your measurement choice locally so it can respect your decision on later visits. This preference storage does not identify you to the practice and is not used for advertising.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and appointment information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet relevant professional, legal and record-keeping obligations. Retention may differ depending on the type of record.
